  • 150 gram vegan butter
  • 150 grams coconut sugar (can use dates also for sweetness as they are vegan and nutritious)
  • 2-4 spoon almond milk
  • 1 spoon vanilla extract
  • 200 grams plain flour (you can use all purpose flour also)
  • 1/2 spoon baking powder
  • 1/4 spoon baking soda
  • 90 grams oats
  • 1/2 spoon salt
  • 100 grams chocolate chips


start off by pre heating the empty oven at 350 degree F and then add butter and coconut sugar in the pan and stir for couple of minutes

after that add flour, almond milk, baking powder, baking soda, vanilla extract and salt in the mix and make sure the mixture is completely mixed.

the add chocolate chips along with oats in the mixture and mix them also with a whisker or spatula. once done let it site for 10 minutes.

then portion out about 10 to 15 balls of the cookie flour mixture with your hands wrapped in gloves and keep them in cooking tray lined with baking sheet on it. make sure you keep some distance between each cookie bowl to avoid sticking.

then place the cooking tray in oven for about 10 minutes at 350 degree F to cook them complete. once you see the top layer getting crispy and edges getting dark then its made and let it rest for couple of minutes to cool down as it would be soft after taking out and would take 5 minutes to become hard cookies
