Step By Step Instructions

  • Half a cup of water
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Step By Step Instructions

  1. Get a saucepan. Put in some oil and heat it. Then add 1/2 teaspoon of ginger powder and 1 tablespoon of minced garlic. Make sure to stir it continuously and quickly so that burning is prevented.
  2. Add 1 cup of water, 1 Cup of Soy Sauce, and 1/4 cup of brown sugar. Mix the ingredients until the sugar is completely dissolved.
  3. Then, bring the sauce to the point of boiling. When it begins to boil, lower the heat to low and let it simmer until the sauce has thickened, or you reach the desired consistency by letting it simmer for longer or fewer times. The Mongolian Genghis Grill sauce is now ready to serve.

  1. Mix soy sauce, honey and sugar with rice vinegar and concentrate the pineapple juice in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Mix to combine.
  2. As you stir, slowly mix corn syrup, corn starch, sesame oil, and Mirin wine.

  8. Serve with steamed brown or white rice.
